Liebe WG-Suchenden,
ich gehe ab Februar für ein halbes Jahr nach Lissabon zum Studieren und möchte deshalb mein Zimmer vermieten. Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß, es ist hell und das Fenster geht zum Garten raus. Ich würde meine Möbel da lassen und Du könntest sie nutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem frisch gestrichenen Altbau. Das Haus liegt zwischen Sieker und Mitte. In der Regel kann man gut vor dem Haus parken und die Bahnhaltestelle Prießallee ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt und fährt alle 10 Minuten.
Ich wohne in der WG mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen, die beide Studentinnen sind. Wir sitzen gerne gemeinsam in der Küche und trinken einen Tee oder kochen, wir feiern WG Partys und liegen bei besserem Wetter im Garten in der Sonne. Es wäre also toll, wenn Du auch nicht nur eine Zweck-WG suchst.
