Wir (20 und 25)suchen für dieses Zimmer eine(n) offenherzige(n), nette(n) Mitbewohner(in).
Das Zimmer hat ein große Fensterfront (balkon) und der Fußboden ist mit Laminat belegt.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 72 m². Und es gibt eine DSL(WLan)- & Festnetzflatrate.
Verkehrsanbindungen:
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist 1 Minuten entfernt und in die Stadt braucht man mit ihr ca. 6 Minuten.
Die Linie 31 fährt im 20 Minutentakt zur Uni (10min) und zurück.
Das Umfeld:
Penny, Jibi, Aldi, Lidl, Apotheke, Pizzeria, Tankstelle; alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon möglich.
