Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Anfang Januar bis Anfang Mai 2024 an, da ich zu dieser Zeit im Ausland sein werde. Es ist ca 15qm groß und liegt auf der Nordseite der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist fast 90qm groß und hat ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und natürlich WC und einen Flur mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und einer Abstellniesche.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Aldi und Edeka sind unmittelbar unter der Wohnanlage. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ca. 5 min zur nächsten Bahn Station Siegfriedplatz und 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Daher ist fast alles für den täglichen Bedarf innerhalb von maximal 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch ohne Auto.
Die WG besteht aus Tobi (20), der Jura an der Uni studiert und Niklas (22), der Lehramt auf Bio und Englisch studiert. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und gehen gerne mal in den Park oder spielen ne runde Fifa, aber hängen auch nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander. Wir sind eine kommunikative und offene WG.
Zu der Miete kommen nur noch Internetkosten von ca. 16€ +GEZ hinzu.
