Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer Zweier-WG (Mitbewohnerin ist 21J. und Soz.-Studentin und sehr nett). Das Zimmer ist ein altbau, schön hell mit hohen Wänden (3m) und insgesamt 25m² groß. Es hat eine eigene Kochniesche und ist vollkommen möbiliert. Es liegt ein blauer gepflegter Teppichboden drin. Rauchen ist erlaubt, mal Laut sein auch (ist ein Studentenwohnheim ;)). Besonders toll: es gibt zwei Badezimmer :D eins davon schön groß mit Dusche, dass andere mit WC und Waschbecken. Die Lage ist prima sehr zentral zu allen möglichen Diskos (5min zum Bahnhof, 7min in die Innenstadt). Ravensberger Park und Schwimmbad gleich um die Ecke.
