ich suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer ab dem 15.Mai übernimmt. Du kommst in eine 2er WG mit einer ganz lieben, unkomplizerten Mitbewohnerin.
Zur Uni sind es mit der Bahn 7 Minuten. In die Stadt sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, allerdings ist es trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B Aldi, Lidl oder Edeka sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ebenso wie Geschäfte für Bürobedarf oder was noch immer gebraucht wird (auch Apotheke). Eigentlich braucht man kein Auto :)
Die Miete inklusive Heiz - und Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser) beträgt 211EUR.
Ich hoffe von Dir zu hören.
PS: Wohnberechtigungsschein und Immatrikulationsbescheinigung sind leider obligatorisch!
