Hallo allerseits,
da unverhofft meine Mitbewohnerin ausgezogen ist, habe ich nun ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten.
Frei ist es von 1.7 bis zum 31.7.09
Das Zimmer kann möbliert (mit Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, evtl. sogar noch Regale) oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Die 260 sind inkl. Festnetzflat, Internet, und alles was sonst noch so dazugehört.
So jetzt erst mal zur Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt total schön in Nordparknähe (d.h. nah an der S-Bahn und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Weiterer Bonus ist der Garten, der im Sommer zum Grillen einlädt.
Ich bin übrigens Soziologie-Studentin und mache gerade Praktikum.
