da meine Mitbewohnerin aus beruflichen Gründen die Stadt verlässt, suche ich jemanden der Ihr Zimmer bekommt. Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Neubau-Wg aus dem Jahre 2006, ein paar Meter vom Jahnplatz (City), 75qm, mit Bad incl. Badewanne, Gäste-Wc, Keller, Abstellraum, Tiefgarangenstellplatz bei Bedarf, Internet Flatrate, angrenzendem Park,...
Wer also Wert auf einen gewisse Atmosphäre legt, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist möbliert bis auf Dein Zimmer, dort kannst Du Dich individuell einrichten. Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, man muss sich wohl fühlen ;)
Zu mir: Ich bin w,26, habe in Bielefeld studiert, interessiere mich für Musik, Mode, Reisen,... gehe gerne am Wochenende raus, treffe mich mit Freunden, koche ab und zu. In den 350 € ist sozusagen all inclusive (Internet, Strom,..). Wenn ihr Fragen habt dann kontaktiert mich. Gerne kann man einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
