Liebes potentielles WG-Mitglied auf Zeit,
wir (Lisa und Meike, beide Studentinnen an der Uni) suchen für den Zeitraum Mai bis Juli einen netten, aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner für unsere unkomplizierte 3er WG.
Wir bieten ein schönes, helles 14m² Zimmer, dass wir dir auf Wunsch teilmöblieren (Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schrank und Regal).
Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung stehen ein kleines, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd und Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie ein schöner Garten bereit. Außerdem haben wir eine deutschlandweite Telefon-Flat und eine WLAN-Flat, die du natürlich mitbenutzen kannst.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Krankenhaus-Mitte, so dass das Zentrum in gerade mal 15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Bist du aber wie wir zu faul zum Laufen, bringt dich die Bahn in 5 Min. ins Zentrum oder in 20 Min. zur wunderschönen Uni. ;) Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Rauchen ist generell erstmal erlaubt, wenn du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringst auch in deinem Zimmer. Wenn nicht, treffen wir uns auf das ein oder andere Kippchen in der Küche. Solltest du aber Nicht-Raucher sein, nehmen wir natürlich Rücksicht auf dich und rauchen nur in unseren Zimmern.
So viel zur Wohnung und deinem Zimmer, das du für schlappe 230€ (all inclusive!!!) haben kannst.

Dear potential temporary shared flat member,
we (Lisa and Meike, both students at Bielefeld University) are looking for a nice and open-minded flatmate for our laid-back shared flat for a period of two months (May till July).
We offer a bright 14m² room, which would be, if needed, partly furnished (sofa bed, desk with chair, closet and shelf).
A cosy living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine plus a beautiful garden are available for joint use. Furthermore, we have a Germany-wide telephone and WiFi flat rate, that you can also make use of.
The apartment is located near the Krankenhaus-Mitte, which means that the city centre can be reached within 15 min by foot. If you are too lazy to walk, just like us, the tram will take you to the city centre in 5 min and to the university in 20 min. Shopping facilities are just around the corner.
Smoking in your room is allowed if you bring your own furniture. If not, we‘ll meet for a smoke in the kitchen. In case you don‘t smoke, we‘ll take that into account and only smoke in our own rooms.
So much for the flat and your room, which you can rent for only 230 € (all inclusive!!!)
