Deine potentiellen Mitbewohnerinnen sind natürlich äußerst nett, Sportstudentin und eine Studentin der klinischen Linguistik.
Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt.

Zur Wohnung:
Benötigt wird ein Wohnberechtigungsschein und eine aktuelle Immatrikulation, alles andere geht nicht (Studentenwerk ist Vermieter).
Ansonsten besteht die WG aus 3 Zimmern, der großen Wohnküche, Abstellraum, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne und schönem Süd-Westbalkon.
