Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß. Laminatboden. Ausreichend groß um sich gemütlich einzurichten und um sich zurückzuziehen.
Leichtes Manko ist die leichte Schräge an der einen Seite, was man aber verkraften kann!
Ruhige zentrale Lage, nähe Seidenstickerhalle. Ravensberger Park und Stauteiche in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Fachhochschule und Carl-Severing-Schule flott zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Entspanntes nettes Zusammenleben! Wir, 2 Jungs zwischen 21 und 25, sind Kontaktfreudig und umgänglich. Ein Maschinenbaustudent und ein Abiturient auf zweitem Bildungsweg. Abends im Garten zusammen sitzen und grillen, kommt auch nicht selten vor!
Neuer Mitbewohner gesucht, da einer ausziehen wird um sein Studium in Hannover fortzuführen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller(recht groß) sowie ein eigener Gartenteil. Wohnküche ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche.
