Es hat quadratisch praktisch gute 13 qm.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet
ideale Anbindungen ans S-Bahn-Netz
(Haltestelle „Mozartstraße“ nur 2 Minuten entfernt) –
aber auch zu Fuß bist du in ca. 20 Minuten in der City.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du hier gleich um die Ecke einen NETTO, REAL oder JIBI und falls du dir mal die Füße vertreten willst, bist du in Kürze auf der Promenade/im Grünen.
Wir sind eine gesellige, aufgeschlossene Truppe, die auch oft und gerne mal abends gemeinsam ein Bierchen/Tee in der WG-Küche schlürft und Feier-, Koch- oder Sportaktionen startet :-)
Was allerdings nicht bedeutet, dass wir kommunenartig
24 Stunden aufeinander hocken – willst du mal deine Ruhe haben, ist das hier kein Thema.
Im Haus wohnen noch zwei weitere WG’s (=viele junge Leute), mit denen man sich auch gut versteht und einiges unternimmt.
