Es handelt sich um ein 16,5 qm großes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode), welche kostenlos übernommen werden können. Zum Einzug fehlt nur noch ein Bett. In der Wohnung sind bereits Badmöbel, eine Einbauküche und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Alles was nicht im WG-Zimmer benötigt wird, kann im Keller gelagert werden. Insgesamt beträgt die Wohnfläche der gesamten Wohnung 67qm, die Grundfläche ist aufgrund der Dachschrägen noch etwas größer.
Die
kurzen Wege in die Stadt sowie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
machen diese Gegend zu einem attraktiven Wohnort.
Die Straßenbahnhalte Stelle Stadtheider Straße ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, ein Stellplatz für ein Fahrrad ist auch vorhanden. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung.
Die WG wird zum 01.01.2022 neu gegründet, bisher wohnen dort ein 28-jähriger Altenpfleger (in Ausbildung) sowie ein jung gebliebener 55-jähriger Ingenieur. Es handelt sich um ein nettes und umkompliziertes WG-Leben.
Generell sind Menschen jedes Alters sowie Haustiere willkommen.
