Schönes Zimmer in gemütlicher WG

Die WG liegt keine 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Wer lieber nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß gehen will: Quasi gegenüber liegt die Stadtbahnhaltestelle Sudbrackstraße (Linie 1). In ein paar Minuten ist man damit in der Innenstadt oder man kann es z.B. in 15 Minuten damit zur Uni schaffen. Um die Ecke ist außerdem der schöne Nordpark, in dem man gut spazieren oder joggen gehen kann.

The WG is less than 10 minutes' walk from the main train station and the city center. If you prefer to walk just 2 minutes: almost opposite is the Sudbrackstraße tram stop (line 1). In a few minutes you can be in the city center or you can get to the university in 15 minutes, for example. Around the corner is also the beautiful Nordpark, where you can go for a walk or jog.

Unsere Altersspanne reicht von Anfang 20 bis Mitte 30 und wir stecken in unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen. Noa arbeitet, Kaya studiert und Fabi ist fast fertig damit. Hauslesbe Noa kümmert sich um das Handwerkliche und ihren Garten, Fabi versucht sich Klavier spielen selbst beizubringen und hat eine intensive Leidenschaft für Nudeln mit Pesto. Kaya wuselt in unterschiedlichen (Polit-)Kontexten herum. Ab September kommt noch Miri dazu. Miri interessiert sich für Pflanzen, Sport und Polit-Kram und startet ab September ein Sozialarbeitsstudium. Es wird in der Regel für andere mit gekocht und ab und zu mit allen zusammen gegessen. Und wer viel Kaffee oder Tee trinkt, findet dafür meistens auch Gesellschaft. Viele hier sind außerdem in feministischen, queeren, antirassistischen, antifaschistischen Kontexten unterwegs - vor allem vor Corona. Wenn das für dich auch gilt, wirst du dich hier gut streiten oder einig sein können.

Wir haben eine entspannte Mischung aus Geteiltem und Eigenem in der WG. Das gilt zum Beispiel für unsere Einkäufe und für unsere Freizeitgestaltung. Damit sind wir recht harmonisch miteinander unterwegs: Wir haben eine gute Mischung aus uns-gegenseitig-mitkriegen, kennen, akzeptieren und Raum-lassen. Ein aneinander vorbei leben kommt eher selten vor, in der Regel wissen alle grob was so los ist im Leben der Anderen. Gleichzeitig ist auch immer Raum da, sich zurück zu ziehen. Menschen in unserer WG ernähren sich teils mehr oder weniger vegan. Beim gemeinschaftlichen Kochen achten wir allerdings immer auf veganes Essen. Essentielle Lebensmittel werden bei uns geteilt und es gibt einen Putzplan für die Gemeinschaftsräume. Wir können das WG-Leben auf deutsch oder englisch zu gestalten.

Wir freuen uns vor allem über Anfragen von Frauen, Lesben, trans*, nicht binären und queeren Menschen - das ist aber kein Ausschlusskriterium. Am wichtigsten ist uns ein rücksichtsvoller und schöner Umgang miteinander. Was absolut nicht willkommen ist sind Rassismus, (Cis-)Sexismus, Queerfeindlichkeit, Antisemitismus und Menschenverachtung
jeder Art. Falls du meinst, dass du hier reinpasst, melde dich gerne und schreib was über dich!

Our ages range from early 20s to mid 30s and we are at different stages of life. Noa is working, Kaya is studying and Fabi is almost done with it. Houselesbian Noa takes care of the crafts and her garden, Fabi tries to teach himself to play the piano and has an intense passion for pasta with pesto. Kaya scurries around in different (political) contexts. We usually cook for others and eat together from time to time. And if you drink a lot of coffee or tea, you can usually find company. Many here are also in feminist, queer, anti-racist, anti-fascist contexts - especially before Corona. If that also applies to you, you will be able to argue or agree here. We have a relaxed mix of what is shared and what is our own in the flat share. This applies, for example, to our purchases and our leisure activities. We are quite harmonious with each other: We have a good mixture of getting to know each other, accepting and giving space. Living past each other is rather rare, as a rule everyone knows roughly what is going on in the lives of others. At the same time, there is always room to withdraw. Some of the people in our shared flat are more or less vegan. When cooking together, however, we always pay attention to vegan food. Essential groceries are shared with us and there is a cleaning schedule for the common areas. German or English are the languages, in which we could see us organizinz everyday life.

We are particularly happy to receive inquiries from women, lesbians, trans*, non-binary and queer people - but this is not an exclusion criterion. The most important thing for us is a friendly and considered way of dealing with each other. What is absolutely not welcome is racism, (cis) sexism, queerphobia, anti-Semitism and contempt for human beings of any kind. Die Zimmer sind auf jeden Fall ab September zu vergeben, aber wenn du interessiert bist und
erst ein späterer Zeitpunkt möglich ist, melde dich trotzdem gerne.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit die Bezahlung der Kaution irgendwie solidarisch zu lösen, da sie relativ hoch ist.
