Insgesamt hat die WG knapp 86 qm und das freie Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß. Das Zimmer ist etwas länglich geschnitten und hat an einer Seiten große Fenster Richtung Westen. Zudem besitzt die WG eine offene Küche mit Aufenthaltsbereich.
Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer (inklusive GEZ) beträgt insgesamt 510 Euro pro Monat und die Kaution 930 Euro. Außerdem müsstest du die gemeinsamen Möbel im Wohn- und Esszimmer von der ausziehenden Person für 200 Euro übernehmen.
Overall the flat has 86 square meters and your room will have 24 suqare meters. It is a rather long room with a large window at the west end. Apart from that, the flat has a large open kitchen space as well as a shared living room area. All in all the rent will be 510 Euros per month and the deposit will be 930 Euros. Additionally you will need to buy half of the shared furniture from the kitchen and living room from the flatmate that is leaving for 200 Euros.
Direkt in der Nachbarstraße verläuft die freigelegte Lutter, die zum chillen bei gutem Wetter einlädt. Zudem ist man in weniger als 5 Fußminuten im Grünen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 7 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen, ansonsten findest du unmittelbar vor der Haustür eine S-Bahn-Station. Einen REWE erreicht man zu Fuß in 2 Minuten sowie einen Kaufland (der zurzeit noch umgebaut wird) und einen Biomarkt in 5 Gehminuten. Zudem befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Eisdiele und ein Bäcker. Da die WG in zweiter Reihe steht, ist es trotz der Zentrumsnähe recht ruhig.
The flat is located close by the newly uncovered Lutter, which is a nice place to relax in the summer. It is also possible to reach the next park within five minute walking distance. The central station can be reached within 20 minutes by foot or 7 minutes by bike and right in front of the house, there is a REWE as well a a bakery, a pizza place and an ice cream shop. The house is located a little bit further away from the main street (second row), so that it is not so noisy. The stop for the metro/tram can be reached within 2 minutes.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir keine Zweck-WG werden, sondern auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternehmen, wie zum Beispiel zusammen kochen, einen Wein trinken oder einfach quatschen. Natürlich kann man auch mal die eigene Zimmertür schließen und Zeit für sich haben. Ansonsten würde ich mich als unkomplizierte WG-Mitbewohnerin beschreiben, die für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sorgen kann.
For me it is really important that we get a long and maybe spend some of our freetime together. That doesn't mean that you can not close your door and have time to yourself but I would really enjoy possibly cooking together, drinking a glass of wine or having a nice conversation from time to time. I am an organized, clean person and would love for you to feel the same way.
Ein paar Infos zu mir: Ich mache derzeit meine Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin und bin dadurch unter der Woche tagsüber bei der Arbeit. In meiner Freizeit genieße ich das kulturelle Leben in Bielefeld, lese gerne, male, verbringe Zeit mit Freunde, reise gerne und erkunde meine Umgebung. Außerdem bin ich selbst erst zu Anfang des Jahres hier eingezogen, es wäre also quasi eine Wg-Neugründung:)
Some general information about myself: I am 24 and right now I am training to become a psychotherapist which means that during the week I am mostly working and sometimes I have seminars on the week-end. In my free time I really enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, reading, spending time with friends and discovering new places.
