Wir sind Simon (24, Student) und Christof (40, Lerntherapeut).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 73qm groß mit großem Flur, Wohnküche (EBK mit Spülmaschine!) mit Abstellkammer, Bad mit Badewanne + Fenster, Keller, Waschküche, Trockenboden, Gartenmitbenutzung und unkomplizierten Nachbarn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Netto, Rewe) sind 5-10 min. zu Fuss erreichbar, Stadtbahnhaltestelle Linie 1 ist in ca. 3 min.zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zur Uni braucht man 15-30 min. mit der Bahn je nach Verspätung ;-).
Das Zimmer kann dauerhaft oder zur Zwischenmiete (Mietzeitraum nach Wunsch) bewohnt werden, wir sind da flexibel.

Hi, we are Simon (24)and Christof(40) and are searching for a 3rd roomie. We're both students and looking for a calm and open-minded person.
The apartment is 73 qm big, has a big eat-in kitchen (with dishwasher!), a garden to use, a washing machine, shopping facilities 5 min. by foot, city railwaystation is 1-3 min. by foot from here. The room can be rented for a minimum of 1 month or longer, depends on how you need it.
