Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern und hat neben dem eigenen Zimmer noch ein Wohnzimmer sowie die Küche als gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsort.
Dein Zimmer bietet viel natürliches Licht und hat mit etwa 24qm genug Platz für alles wonach dir der Sinn steht.
Obwohl sich das Haus an einer Straße befindet, wird man, dank einer guten Schallisolierung, nicht vom Lärm gestört.
Von der Wohnung erreicht man die nächsten Supermärkte (Edeka und Penny) zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten. Da die Bahnhaltestelle sich quasi am selben Ort befindet, kann man Einkäufe bequem nach der Uni oder Arbeit erledigen.
Der Garten ist von allen Bewohnern des Hauses mitbenutzbar und andere Parkanlagen sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Kommunikation jeglicher Art ist in der WG gar kein Problem.
Dein Mitbewohner Philipp (22) ist sehr entspannt. Er ist immer bereit für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, aber weiß auch, dass etwas Zeit alleine nicht zu vernachlässigen ist.
Die Möblierung kann nach Absprache von mir übernommen werden.
