Wir (28 und 21, m) suchen ab dem 1. Februar 2010 eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für unsere 3er-WG.
Unsere gemütliche Wohnung liegt zwischen Wellensiek und Lohmannshof, ungefähr 500m von der Uni entfernt. Die Stadtbahn Linie 4 (keine 10min bis ins Zentrum) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.
Das helle Zimmer ist das schönste der WG und ca. 13m² groß. Die Wohnung verfügt ansonsten über ein gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer, einen Balkon, einen großen Kellerraum und ist mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe vollständig ausgestattet. Badezimmer (mit Badewanne) und WC sind getrennt.
Die Miete beträgt 240€ inkl. Nebenkosten, Kabel TV, Telefon- und Internetflatrate (20.000kbit/s) und netter Mitbeweohner.
