Das helle Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und verfügt über eine große Fensterfront (siehe Foto). Im Zimmer und auch dem Rest der Wohnung liegt PVC Boden in Laminatoptik. Außerdem ist in jedem Zimmer ein eigener Kabel-, LAN- und Telefonanschluss vorhanden. Der Mietpreis beträgt 277,50€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stock eines Studentenwohnheims in der Morgenbreede. Insgesamt wohnen in dem Haus nur 20 Personen in zweier und dreier WGs. Obwohl es sich um eine Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist es hier sehr ruhig. Von der Wohnung sind es nur 5 Fußminuten bis zur Uni und der nächsten Bahnstation sowie 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus ausreichend vorhanden.
Ich bin ein 30-jähriger Lehramtsstudent (Germanistik und Sport) an der Uni Bielefeld. Natürlich hat jeder Mitbewohner seinen eigenen Alltag, was aber nicht bedeuten soll, dass es sich um eine reine Zweck-WG handelt. Solltest Du also auch gern Sport treiben, Kochen oder einen geselligen Abend verbringen wollen, bist Du hier richtig!
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, musst Du an der Uni oder FH eingeschrieben sein und einen Wohnberechtigungsschein nachweisen können.
