die ganze Wohnung 67qm.
Küche ist möbliert. mit Balkon.
Erst 2006 gebaut, alles modern!
An diese Super WGs in der Morgenbreede kommt man sonst kaum ran, siehe "Warteliste" auf der Seite des Studentenwerks :-)
Fußboden aus Kunststoff, sieht aber super aus (Laminat/Parkett-Optik)

Suche einen netten neuen Mitbewohner.
Zu mir:
- 27 Jahre (aber junggeblieben)
- Lehramtsstudent (im Master) Mathe, Physik
- Kaffee und PC-Junkie (Dota2 spielen^^)
- ordentlich und sauber, aber nicht penibel
Hobbys:
- Badminton (Uni-Sport)
- Fußball im TV gucken (Bayern :-D )
- Party
- Kochen (vegetarisch^^)
WICHTIG:
Es können nur eingeschriebene Studenten einziehen (FH oder Uni) und es wird ein Wohnberechtigungsschein benötigt (den bekommt man als Student aber in der Regel problemlos!)
