Das Zimmer ist etwas über 15 Quadratmeter groß. Küche und Bad sind beide nicht übermäßig riesig, aber definitiv ausreichend. Das Haus ist noch relativ neu und wurde vor nicht all zu langer Zeit renoviert. Es liegt zur Nordseite, sodass es im Sommer relativ kühl ist. Hell genug ist es dennoch, auch wenn die Sonne nicht direkt auf die Wohnung scheint
Keine 5min zur Uni. Mit der S-Bahn zwei Stationen oder 10-15min Fußweg zum nächsten Supermarkt (Penny, Combi). Mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 8 Minuten beim Bahnhof bzw. in 10min beim Jahnplatz in der Innenstadt.
Mitbewohner ist ein 21-jähriger Student der Sportwissenschaft. Nähere Informationen sind durch ein persönliches Gespräch durchaus machbar ;)
Wohnung ist Teil des Studentenwohnheims. Wer absolut scheu ist, was Partys angeht, sollte es sich zumindest einmal vorher noch überlegen.
Kann unter Umständen auch möbliert übernommen werden.
Mietvertrag würde vermutlich 4 Jahre sein.
