Hallo, ziehe zum 1.2.2012 aus meinem Zimmer in dem Haus an der Arndstr. 12. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Studentenwohnheim (Orangenkiste). Das Wohnheim ist absolut zentral gelegen. 2min.zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, S-Bahn und Bus Haltestellen vor der Tür! Mit Fahrrad 10 min in die Uni.
Unten im Haus befinden sich Aldi und Edeka...beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und einer Waschmaschine. Küche ist auch in der Wohnung und bleibt drinn. An die Küche grenzt der Balkon. Möbel aus dem an der Küche angrenzenden "Wohnzimmer" können günstig übernommen werden. Es gibt auch einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung in der man jede Menge Krams unterbringen kann. Im ganzen Haus wohnen nur Studenten...Dein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und quadratisch geschnitten.
