Ich verlasse leider diese wunderbare WG und habe zum 15. August / 1. September zwei helle, tolle Zimmer zu vergeben! Die Zimmer liegen nebeneinander. Das erste (auf den Bildern mit Sofa) ist relativ quadratisch geschnitten und hat zwei große Fenster mit voller Morgen- und Vormittagssonne, im zweiten Zimmer (mit Bett und Schrank) gibt's viel Platz, Ruhe zum Schlafen und einen Erker mit drei Fenstern - wo die Nachmittag- und Abendsonne landet. Ein paar Dachschrägen im hinteren Zimmer machen das Ganze sehr gemütlich. Ich habe die Zimmer vor zwei Jahre komplett weiß gestrichen, renovieren müsstest du also nicht.

Unfortunately I am leaving this wonderful shared flat and have two bright, great rooms available for August 15th or September 1st! The first (in the pictures with sofa) is cut relatively square and has two large windows with full morning sun, in the second room (with bed and closet) there is plenty of space, rest for sleeping and a bay window - where the afternoon sun lands. A few sloping ceilings in the back room make the whole thing very cozy. I painted the rooms completely white two years ago, so you wouldn't have to renovate.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Westen, zwei Bahnhaltestellen sind in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, vor der Haustür fährt direkt ein Bus. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Die Gegend bietet viele schöne Cafés, Bars und Clubs, der Wald und Parks sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Verschiedene Supermärkte und der Wochenmarkt auf dem Siegfriedplatz sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Uni und FH Bielefeld sind mit dem Rad oder der Bahn innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Träumchen!

The flat is in the center of the city, it takes 3 minutes to the next railway stations and there is a bus station right in front of the door. Also the main station is only 15 minutes away by walking distance. The area around the flat has some nice Cafés, Bars and Clubs, but you can also walk to the park or the forest in within 15 minutes. Supermarkets and the local market (which is twice a week) can be reached in within 5 minutes. The university ist also very close, it takes about 15 minutes with the bike or the train to get there. A dream!
Janice ist Künstlerin und studiert Grafikdesign, Leon ist Musiker und studiert Erziehungswissenschaften an der Uni Bielefeld. Janice macht von September bis Dezember ein Auslandssemester und wird sich der Malerei in Vilnius widmen, weshalb wir ihr Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten. Ein netter Zwischenmieter ist schon gefunden.
Wir verbringen gern Zeit zusammen und gehen z.B. regelmäßig zu Sessions und Konzerten, trinken Kaffee vor der Kirche (unser Garten vor der Haustür), sitzen auf dem Siggi oder gehen Tanzen. Da wir alle arbeiten und verschiedene Projekte haben, ist es außerdem wichtig, dass man sich in der Wohnung auch zurückziehen kann und wir einen respekt- und rücksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander haben.

Janice is an artist and studies graphic design, Leon is a musician and studies educational studies at the university. Janice spends a semester abroad from September to December in Vilnius, which is why we sublet her room for this time. A nice intermediate tenant has already been found.
We like to spent time together, for example going to the music sessions of the local jazz club, drinking coffee in front of the church next to the flat (because this is some kind of our garden) or go dancing and drinking beer with friends. We all work and have several projects so it is important to have a respectful and considerable attitude with each other, so that everybody can feel at home.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles von Strom über Internet und GEZ mit drin. Da wir die feine Küche beim gemeinsamen Einzug von den Vormietern übernommen haben, Kühlschrank, Tisch und paar Kleinigkeiten gekauft haben, käme ein Abschlag von 380 Euro. Die Kaution sind 3 Kaltmieten.

The additional costs include everything from electricity via the Internet and GEZ. Since we took over the fine kitchen from the previous tenants when we moved in together, bought the fridge, table and a few small things, there would be a discount of 380 euros. The deposit is 3 cold rents.
