Das Zimmer ist etwa 12 m² groß. Im Zimmer ist sowohl ein Anschluss für TV, als auch für Internet vorhanden. Man kann auch WLAN nutzen. Alles läuft direkt über das Studierendenwerk, bzw. die Uni. Außerdem gibt es in dem Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel und einen Schrank.
Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer, inklusive Heizkosten, ca. 175 €.
The room has 12 squaremeters. In this room you have a Wire for TV and for Internet. It is also possible, to use wifi. The costs are included. You have your own sink with a mirror, and a cabinet.
You just have to pay nearly 175 €.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studierendenwohnheim, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni.. Zur Straßenbahn und zum Bus läuft man etwa fünf Minuten (Bültmannshof). Von dort kann man innerhalb von weiteren etwa fünf Minuten an der Endhaltestelle Lohmannshof, an der sich ein Penny und eine Apotheke befinden, oder in etwa 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Hbf sein. Von der Haltestelle Bültmannshof, ist das Stadion (SchücoArena) ist nur zwei Bahnhaltestellen entfernt.
The flat is next to the university. If you want to use a Bus, or a tram, you just need to walk nearly 4 minutes. If you use the tram (Bültmannshof), you just need to drive nearly 5 minutes to Lohmannshof, where you find a supermarket and a pharmacy, or nearly 10 minutes, to Bielefeld mainstation and city. From the tram station Bültmannshof, you just ned to drive twi stops, to reach the Stadium (SchücoArena)
In der WG leben Anila (28), Laura (28), Peter (25) und Julian (wird im April 36) und ich (28). Ich ziehe aber aus.Tagsüber sind alle entweder in der Uni, oder am arbeiten. Abends sitzt man gerne mal zusammen, spielt Gesellschaftsspiele und redet miteinander.
Man kann sich aber natürlich auch ins Zimmer zurückziehen, z.B. wenn man Ruhe haben möchte.
The flatmates are Anila (28), Laura (28), Peter (25) and Julian (he becomes 36, in April) and me (28). I am going to move out. At daytime, they are in university, or at work. In the evening it is possible to play games, and to talk about your day.
If you want to go to your room, for example because you want to be alone, it is also possible.
Die Wohnung wird über das Studierendenwerk Bielefeld vermietet. Man muss also an der Uni, oder an der FH als studierende/r eingeschrieben sein. Die maximale Mietdauer liegt in Normalfall bei vier Jahren. In der Miete von ca. 175 € pro Monat, sind alle Kosten, wie Heizkosten, Strom, Internet, etc. enthalten. Es fällt lediglich eine Kaution in Höhe von 300 € an.
Es gibt insgesamt zwei Duschen und zwei Toiletten.
You have to be a student, because the landlord is "Studierendenwerk Bielefeld". Normaly, you just can rent the room for maximum four years. You just have to pay nearly 175 € per month, for rent, heating, electricity, internet, and so on. Only once you have to pay a deposit. It costs 300 €.
There are two showers, and two toilets.
