Die WG hat ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmmer für gemütliches Zusammenleben.
Die Küche mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Gefrierschrank und Sitzgelegenheit bietet alles, was man für eine gelungene Kochsession so braucht.
Das Badezimmer wurde erst vor 4 Jahren renoviert, ist also in einem top Zustand.
Der Waschmmaschinenanschluss befindet sich im Badezimmer.
Die Internetanbindung ist auch gut.
Sehr nützlich ist auch der kühle, große Kellerraum. Praktisch zum Parken von Rädern, Vorräten etc. um die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
Im Garten befindet sich eine große Wäscheleine und ein Grillplatz für gemütliche Stunden an lauen Sommertagen. Und falls Gäste kommen: Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand gibt's einige.
Der Umwelt-Campus ist gerade einmal 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Langem Schlafen steht also nichts im Wege. Den Bahnhof mit Bushaltestelle erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 7-10 Minuten. Die Anbindung nach Saarbrücken oder Mainz von dort ist super. Beides schöne Städte zum Weggehen oder Shopping...
Für die tägliche Versorgung gibt's Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß) oder im Nachbarstädtchen Birkenfeld. Beides mit dem Bus erreichbar. Außerdem im Ort: Sparkasse, Volksbank, Metzger (super Grillfleisch!), Bäcker, Arzt, Apotheke etc.
