Hallo,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG in einem Studentenwohnheim am Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld.
Die anteilige Größe (inkl. Anteil an Bad und Küche) beträgt 20 m². Grundsätzlich möchte ich das Zimmer zum 01. Oktober vermieten. Über etwas früher oder etwas später könnte man jedoch reden.
Der PVC-Boden ist noch keine 3 Jahre alt, das Zimmer kann sowohl unmöbiliert als auch teil- oder ganz möbiliert erworben werden.
Es lebt noch ein 1 männlicher Mitbewohner mit dir, dieser ist jedoch sehr nett und umgänglich.
Miete:
129,00 kalt, 60,00 Nebenkosten, 8,00 Internet und 4,00 Telefon, zusammen also 201,00

Das Wohnheim befindet sich direkt auf dem Campus, zur Hochschule ist es also nur eine Minute Fußweg. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso wie die Campuskneipe.
Die WG befindet sich im 2. OG des Wohnheimes, d.h. es gibt schonmal keinen Lärm von oben drüber. Die Furnachbarn sind ebensfalls sehr umgänglich.
