Das helle Zimmer ist 16qm groß und unmöbiliert.
Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind schon komplett eingerichtet. Zusätzlich gibt es im Bad noch eine Badewanne, in der es auch möglich ist zu duschen.
Des Weiteren gibt es im Eingangsbereich einen kleinen Flur, welcher mit Parkett ausgestattet ist und somit auch die Möglichkeit bietet, seine Schuhe und Jacken gut zu verstauen.
Die WG befindet sich in bester Lage. Sie ist nur einen Katzensprung (2 Min.) von der Hochschule entfernt und
besitzt auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. Auch erreicht man den Bahnhof in nur 5 Min. zu Fuß.
Du würdest mit einer freundlichen Mitbewohnerin wohnen, mit der man auch vieles unternehmen kann. Es war niemals eine Zweck- WG. Die Mitbewohnerin ist sehr offen und für viel Spaß zu haben. Mit ihr kann man Abends in die Campuskneipe gehen, gemütlich zu Hause einen Bier trinken oder auch einen Filmabend machen. Aber sie respektiert es auch, wenn man Abends Ruhe braucht.
Besichtigungen und Einzug sind ab sofort möglich.
Nachmittags bin ich jederzeit erreichbar (Handy oder E-Mail).
