Zimmer in Wohnprojekt in grossem Gasthaus - House sharing community on the countryside!

Our house is located on a hill in the district of Bühl next to a church.
Around there are many hiking trails, meadows and forest, the nature park Fränkische Schweiz (walking and climbing) is close.
On foot there are about 5 min downhill and uphill about 10 min to the station.
The trains are easily commuted to Nuremberg Central Station every hour, duration approx. 40 minutes.
Near highway (4km to A9). 30km-40km from Nuremberg, depending on the district.
Classical shopping facilities, doctors etc. in nearby Schnaittach, where we organize shopping together anyway.

Unser Haus befindet sich auf einem Hügel im Ortsteil Bühl neben einer Kirche.
Rundherum sind viele Wanderwege, Wiesen und Wald, der Naturpark Fränkische Schweiz (Wandern und Klettern) ist nah.
Zu Fuss sind es bergab etwa 5 min und bergauf etwa 10 min zum Bahnhof.
Die Züge fahren pendlerfreundlich stündlich nach Nürnberg Hauptbahnhof, Dauer ca. 40 Minuten.
Autobahnnähe (4km zur A9). 30km-40km von Nürnberg entfernt, je nach Stadtteil.
Klassische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Ärzte etc. im nahegelegenen Schnaittach, wobei wir den Einkauf eigentlich sowieso gemeinsam organisieren.

We are the simmelknoedel e.V. and have been living on the Bühl for more than 10 years. We are a project for community life and are looking for new home residents.
We share a large common area (kitchen, living room, workshop etc.) and have a total of 13 private rooms that can be inhabited. We have joint projects such as chickens, garden, wood itself, bread-bakes and beekeeping. We are interested in self-sufficiency, self-sufficiency of food, homework, sourcing, sitting together and eating.

We wish people who are interested in community life and work together. You should be interested in the projects in general and participate or bring new ideas when it comes to capacity. It is important for us to work together. Among other things, we think it's great if you don't have full-time work on average. Of course, it depends on your situation.
Currently there are 7 adults and 2 children between the ages of 13 and 43 and a toddler.

Co-working and co-living is very important for us, so we are looking for people who are interested in our projects of self sustain and want to join and support seriously.
We share kitchen, living room, workshop. We have chicken, a big yard, bees and chop our wood. We do a lot of DIY. We share food, eat together and do Sauna toghether.
To be distract to seriously be part of the project, we expect our future housemates not to work fulltime in average.
We have 13 rooms in total, we are 7 adults and 2 kids between 13 and 43 years and 1 one year old in the moment.

Wir sind der simmelknoedel e.V. und leben seit mehr als 10 Jahren auf dem Bühl. Wir sind ein Projekt für gemeinschaftliches Leben und suchen neue HausbwohnerInnen.
Wir teilen uns eine große Gemeinschaftsfläche (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Werkstatt u.A.) und haben insgesamt 13 private Zimmer, die bewohnt werden können. Wir haben Gemeinschaftsprojekte wie Hühner, Garten, Holz selbst machen, Brotbacken und Imkerei. Wir interessieren und für Selbstversorgung, Eigenproduktion von Lebensmitteln, Heimwerken, Saunieren, zusammen sitzen und essen.

Wir wünschen uns Menschen, die Interesse am gemeinschaftlichen Leben und gemeinschaftlichen Arbeiten haben. Du solltest Lust auf die Projekte im Allgemeinen haben und dich mit beteiligen oder auch neue Ideen mitbringen, wenn es die Kapazität hergibt. Wichtig ist für uns das gemeinsame Wirken. Unter anderem deshalb fänden wir es toll, wenn du im Durchschnitt keine Vollzeitarbeit hast. Kommt aber natürlich auch auf deine Situation an.
Derzeit wohnen hier 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zwischen 13 und 43 Jahren sowie ein Kleinkind.

Wenn du Interesse hast, solltest du wissen, dass wir eine Probewohnzeit von 4 Monaten haben. Weitere Infos erhältst du gerne auf Nachfrage.
Freiwillig selbstverpflichtendes Plenum 3 mal im Monat für alle (außer Zwischenmieter.)
Das Haus ist nicht das Neueste, wir restaurieren viel selbst und gelegentlich gibt es Baustellen hier und da.
Im Gemeinschaftsbereich heizen wir (und kochen im Winter) ausschließlich mit Holz, in den Zimmern mit Öl.

ENGLISH
We require a 4 months of tryout of living together.
Every second week we have a reunion which is more or less obligatory for all who want to joind the project.
The house is not the newest, so for example we repair a lot on our own and always have some construction side places in the house.
In the common area we heat (and cook in wintertime) exclusively with wood, in private rooms with fuel oil.
