Adresse ist die Moselstraße 27, Stock 6. Lage 2 km zum Bocholter Centrum und 4km zur Hochschule.
Der Balkon habt eine Süd-west Ausrichtung.

Das Industriegebiet ist ca. 500m entfernt.
Der Aasee ganz in der Nähe ist eine gute Möglichkeit, sich nach Feierabend zu erholen.
