Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und hat einen hellen Flur, drei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Zudem hat die Wohnung eine etwa 30 Quadratmeter große Dachterrasse. Die WG wurde direkt nach Teilsanierung der Wohnung gegründet und ist deshalb noch sehr frisch.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 21 Quadratmeter und ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell und durch den Boden in Holzoptik sehr einladend. Zudem ist das Zimmer mit einem Fernseheranschluss ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Das hat den Vorteil, dass sowohl ÖPNV als auch Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar sind. Außerdem ist auf dem Rathausplatz fast täglich Markt, auf dem frische Lebensmittel eingekauft werden können. Rundherum befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Apotheken und Kleidung/-Mode. Die Hochschule ist mit Fahrrad in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Die 3er-WG besteht aus 2 männlichen Mitbewohnern, die ein harmonisches Zusammenleben bevorzugen. Gerne wird in der Gemeinschaftsküche abends ein Bierchen getrunken, aber auch tagsüber trifft man sich gerne auf ein Pläuschen in der Küche.
Die Nebenkosten setzen sich zusammen aus Gas, Wasser, Strom und Internet.
