Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist nett und jung (23 Jahre) und macht eine Ausbildung. Die Wohnung ist die einzige in diesem Haus, welche sich im 5. Stock befindet. Die Nachbarn sind sehr unauffällig und angenehm.
Die Lage ist sehr ansprechend und befindet sich nicht allzu weit weg vom Stadtwald. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, nur wenige Minuten bis zu einer Bushaltestelle.
Auf den 81 qm hat man sehr viel Platz wenn man mal alleine sein möchte.
