Das Zimmer selbst ist 54 qm groß und hat einen Kamin mit direktem Zugang zur gemeinschaftlich genutzten Terrasse. Es ist perfekt auch für zwei Personen geeignet.
Das Haus ist fast ganz freistehend mit einfacher Begrünung. Das Zimmer liegt im EG und hat exklusiven Zugang zur Terrasse, ist mit einem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Schreibtisch augestattet. Die Küche und ein Gäste-WC liegen ebenfalls im EG. Im Keller befindet sich eine gemeinsam genutzte Waschmaschine.
Direkt obendrüber (über dem Zimmer) liegt das Bad mit Jakuzee. Auf der Etage gibt es drei weitere Zimmer mit WG-Mitbewohner*innen.
Möbliert, incl. allem: Flat für schnelles Internet, Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Müllabfuhr, Abwasser, Hauswartkosten, Rundfunkbeitrag etc. In den ausgewiesenen Kosten ist die angekündigte Deckelung der Strom- und Fernwärmekosten schon enthalten. Sollten die Kosten nicht wie errechnet sinken, werden entsprechend höhere Nebenkosten an die Mieter weitergereicht.
Neu eingerichtetes Haus für Studierende und Dozent*innen, die das Studenten leben genießen, aber gleichzeitig auf die Annehmlichkeiten der Zivilisation (Luxus-Küche, immer ein freies Badezimmer) nicht verzichten wollen.

The house is almost entirely detached with simple greenery. The room is on the ground floor and has exclusive access to the terrace, is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and desk. The kitchen and a guest toilet are also on the ground floor. There is a shared washing machine in the basement.
Directly above (above the room) is the bathroom with Jacuzzi. There are three more rooms with flatmates on this floor.
Furnished, incl. everything: Flat rate for fast internet, electricity, heating, water, waste collection, sewage, caretaker costs, broadcasting fee, etc. The costs shown already include the announced cap on electricity and district heating costs. If the costs do not fall as calculated, correspondingly higher ancillary costs will be passed on to the tenants.
Newly furnished house for students and lecturers who enjoy student life but at the same time do not want to do without the comforts of civilisation (luxury kitchen, always a free bathroom).
Preferably for student couples, doctoral students or lecturers.
The additional costs are paid as a lump sum. This is based on the current costs at the time of moving in. Since these costs change on a weekly basis, the additional costs are not yet listed here.

Direkt neben einem Supermarkt mit ausländischen Spezialitäten, Friseur und Bushaltestelle Heinzmannstraße. Mit Bus in 5 Minuten bis zur Uni, mit der 10 Minuten entfernt gelegenen U-Bahn in 2 Minuten. Der nächste Aldi ist auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Des Weiteren ist man in 20 min zu Fuß am Uni-Center
WG-Treffpunkte sind die Küche mit der Terrasse davor sowie der Waschkeller.
Grundsätzlich gilt: Jede*r kann so viel Privatsphäre oder so viel Gemeinschaftsleben haben wie er*sie möchte. Die WG bietet gute Gelegenheiten, füreinander einzukaufen und zu kochen sowie auch einmal Mitbewohner auf Bier einzuladen, oder eine Party auf der Terrasse oder dem Balkon zu organisieren.
WG-Treffpunkte ist die Küche mit der Terrasse.
Für die Gemeinschaftsflächen gilt: Jeder sollte ein bisschen mehr sauber machen als er/sie selbst schmutzig macht
Der Vertrag läuft immer bis Ende September jedes Jahres.
