Das Zimmer ist ca 25qm groß mit Anschluss an die Tele/den Eingangsbereich.
Die Fenster sind groß, das Zimmer daher sehr hell. Es sind Plissees vorhanden sowie Jalousien. Der Boden besteht aus Laminat.
Es gibt einen allgemein nutzbaren Glasfaseranschluss.
Die Küche ist mit ca. 22 qm eine große Wohnküche.
Die grundlegende Ausstattung ist vorhanden - Herd, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine (zusätzlich eine Siebträgermaschine), Küchentisch und Stühle....
Das WC ist auf einem modernen Stand - Badewanne und Dusche in Kombination.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Ehrenfeld. Das Schauspielhaus ist "umme Ecke". 2 Büdchen direkt anbei. Viele Cafés in direkter Umgebung. perfekte ÖPNV Anbindung.
Das Zimmer sowie die Küche können als Wohn- oder Arbeitsraum genutzt werden. Ich selbst wohne und arbeite hier, benötige jedoch nur ein Zimmer, da ich viel unterwegs bin.
Aktuell benutze ich den Raum ausschließlich als mein Büro. Da das völlig überdimensioniert ist, suche ich hier.
