Die Lage ist super, denn in nur 3 Minuten erreicht mensch die Straßenbahn und Bus. Und in ca 12 Minuten die U35.
Eigentlich ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, denn mensch läuft nur 10 Minuten bis man den Ring zur Innenstadt erreicht und ca 20-25 Minuten zum Bahnhof.
Oder mensch nimmt die Straßenbahn, dann ist man in 6 Minuten am Hbf!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The area is great because you can reach the tram and the bus in 3 minutes and the U35 in about 12 minutes. Actually everything is reachable by walking, because you reach the circle of the city, which marks the centrum, in only 10 minutes and the central station in about 20-25 minutes. Or if you decide for a tram, it'll take you 6 minutes only.
For buying groceries, you have different options which are reachable within 10 minutes.

Hi! Wir sind Anna, Max und Jules!

Wir wohnen bereits seit über 2 Jahren zusammen und teilen uns nicht nur den Wohnraum. Wir teilen uns eigentlich alle Lebensmittel und kochen, wenn die Zeit ist auch gerne zusammen oder für die anderen mit - meist vegan, immer vegetarisch. Unsere 5. Mitbewohnerin (Spülmaschine) und ein fester Putzplan helfen dabei, die Atmosphäre entspannt zu halten.
Die WG besteht seit 15 Jahren und hat im Laufe der Zeit einige liebe und tolle Menschen kommen und gehen sehen. Bei allen Mitbewohner*innen, die wir hier hatten, haben wir immer viel Wert auf Rücksichtnahme und ein menschliches Miteinander gelegt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Uns ist ebenfalls wichtig, eine gute Kommunikationsbasis zwischen uns aufzubauen, damit sich kein Frust oder negative Vibes anstauen.

Anna:
Helloo, ich bin Anna, 26, Pott-Zugezogene und studiere hier momentan Theater- und Medienwissenschaft. Ich bin hobbymäßig gerne kreativ, spiele ultra gerne Spiele jeglicher Art und süchtig nach Kaffee.

Max:
Hey :) Ich bin Max, 24, gebürtiger Pott Mensch. Ich habe letztes Jahr meine Ausbildung zum Erzieher abgeschlossen und will bald anfangen, soziale Arbeit zu studieren. Ich bin musikbegeistert und habe auch mit Freunden einen Proberaum in der Nähe. Ansonsten koche ich gerne asiatisch, bin oft und gern mit Leuten unterwegs, spiele Basketball, bin immer für nen Plausch in der Küche zu haben und auch der Zockerei bin ich nicht abgeneigt.

Jules:
Moin, ich bin Jules, 29 Jahre JUNG und bin in den letzten Zügen meines Studiums (Master Angewandte Nachhaltigkeit) und auch von Haus aus ein kleiner Öko. Ich liebe Musik (habe eine Klavier) und singe zusammen mit Anna in einem Dortmunder Chor. Ansonsten koche ich sehr gerne, bin oft in der Natur und unter Leuten. Ich spiele im Sommer gerne Tischtennis, gehe ab und zu joggen und mache Yoga.

Wir sind linksgrünversiffte Gutmenschen und haben nicht so Bock auf Mackertum, Homophobie, Sympathien für die AfD oder ähnlich nervige Charakterzüge. Insofern haben wir ein paar Standards, auf die wir nicht verzichten wollen, da wir uns ja auch hier zu Hause fühlen möchten.


Hi! We're Anna, Max and Jules!

We live together for 2 years already and not only share living space but also groceries. If there's time, we usually cook- mostly vegan - together or at least for each other in the household. Our 5. flatmate (dishwasher) and the cleaning plan help to provide a relaxed environment.
This flatsharing community exists already since 15 years and we have seen a lot of people come and go. We pay attention to people who care to be respectful. We are not a community who live together just for the purpose.
It's important to us that you are able to communicate well, so we can prevent frustration and negative vibes.

Anna:
Helloo, I am Anna, 26, I am not from Bochum, and I am currently studying Theatre and Media Studies. In my free time, I like to be creative, passionately love to play any kind of games, and am addicted to coffee.

Max:
Hey :) I'm Max, 24, born and raised in the Ruhr area. I completed my training as a childcare worker last year and plan to start studying social work soon. I'm passionate about music and share a rehearsal space with friends nearby. Besides that, I enjoy cooking Asian cuisine, socializing with people, playing basketball, always up for a chat in the kitchen, and not opposed to some gaming.

Jules:
Hello, I'm Jules, 29 years YOUNG, and in the final stages of my studies (Master's in Applied Sustainability). I'm also naturally inclined towards eco-friendly practices. I love music (I play the piano) and sing with Anna in a Dortmund choir. Additionally, I enjoy cooking, spending time in nature, and being around people. In the summer, I like playing table tennis, occasionally go jogging, and practice yoga.

We are liberal people and we are not interested in macho-people, homophobes, discrimination, people who like the AfD or other annoying charactertypes.

Diese WG besteht schon seit laaanger Zeit, nur verändert sie sich in ihrer Konstellation.
Das Haus hat außerdem einen Garten, den wir alle mitbenutzen können. Die meisten, die hier wohnen, leben ebenfalls in WGs.
Die Mietkosten von 275€ beinhalten alle Nebenkosten.

This flatsharing community exists for a loooong time already, it only differs in its constellation.
The house has a garden which we all can use. Most of the people that live here, also live in WG's.
