Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der U35 (5 min zur Stadt, 15 min zur Uni), Parkmöglichkeiten sind immer vorhanden
Das Zimmer (18m²) ist schön hell mit Teppichfußboden, im Moment kostet das Zimmer mit allem inklusive (also, NK, Strom, Telefon, Internet) ca. 220 €
