Zu vermieten ist ein 8qm Zimmer, unmöbliert, als kleines gemütliches Refugium oder Zweitzimmer.
Oder als Zwischenmiete, um etwas anderes in Bochum zu suchen.
8 qm insgesamt 181,50 € monatliche Miete
2 er WG:
Da wir auch ein zweites Zimmer 16qm möbliert oder teilmöbliert, mit ein paar schönen Möbeln (Bett, Sekretär),
die im Zweifelsfall aber auch auf den Dachboden wandern können. 🙌
besteht die Möglichkeit beide Zimmer zusammen zu mieten und wir teilen dann die Miete auf 2 Personen auf.
Sprich 412 € pro Person, da die Nebenkosten dann von Seitens des Vermieters 60€ weniger wären, da eben dann auch "nur" 2 und nicht 3 Personen in der Wohnung leben.
Aus dem kleinen Zimmer könntest du dann machen, was dir einfällt. Schlafzimmer, Studio, kleines Wohnzimmer etc.

Ich bin Sänger und Moderator der Uni Big Band in Köln und habe ein deutsches Filmschlager Trio.
Neben der Musik arbeite ich noch Teilzeit in einer 24. Std. Assistenz.
I myself studied jazz singing at the University of Music in Cologne and am now studying for a master's degree in "Popular Music" at the Ifpom Institute at the Folkwang University of the Arts.
I am a singer and presenter of the University Big Band in Cologne and have a German film hit trio.
