Hi! Ich möchte mein Zimmer kurzfristig und unkompliziert untermieten da ich den ganzen Sommer reisen werde. Es ist 29 Quadratmeter groß und liegt am Rand der Bochumer Innenstadt. Es ist mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schminktisch, Couch, Schrank und Regal ausgestattet. In der Wohnung ist auch alles schon vorhanden: Washmachine, Staubsauger etc. Die Miete von 360 € im Monat beinhaltet schon alles, auch Nebenkosten sowie Internet. 🙂

Hi! I am looking for a subtenant for my room because I am going to travel all summer. The room is 29 square meters large and the flat is located at the edge of the centre. It's equipped with a bed, desk, couch, wardrobe and a few shelves. We have a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, etc. The rent is 360€ and there are no other fees 🙂
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt weniger als 10 Minuten vom Bochumer HBF entfernt. Die Innenstadt sowie Bermuda 3Eck sind ebenso in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind z. B. Aldi, aber auch alles mögliche im Zentrum: Rewe, Drehscheibe, City Point, verschiedene Kleingeschäfte, Rossmann, etc.
RUB erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in weniger als 20 Minuten (Fußwege inklusiv). In der Umgebung ist auch z. B. ein Planetarium, Stadtpark, Bergbaumuseum und verschiedene Restaurants.

The flat is located less than 10 minutes walk from the main train station. The city centre as well as Bermuda 3Eck are easy to reach within minutes walk. Shopping can be done for example in Aldi or in the city centre, where you can find really everything: Rewe, diverse shops in Drehscheibe and City Point, different smaller stores, Rossmann, etc.
You can reach RUB within 20 min (including walking to the station). In the area there is also a planetarium, a park, a museum and different restaurants.
