Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18m2 groß und ist im Dachgeschoss, die Fenster werden vor Einzug neu austauscht sein. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und wohnt auch in der Nähe zum Park. Es ist immer super sonnig im Zimmer und Abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 120m2 groß... mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und großem Kühlschrank.

The room is about 18m2 and is on the top floor, the windows will be replaced before moving in. It has a beautiful view and is also close to the park. It is always super sunny in the room and in the evening you can see the sunset.
In total the apartment is 120m2.... With bathtub, washing machine and large refrigerator.
Lage
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Wir wohnen auch in der Nähe zum Park und zum Bahnhof Langendreer-West. Das heißt man ist in 5min in der Bochumer Innenstadt oder in 10min an der Dortmund Universität oder in Essen. Es gibt auch direkt bei uns eine kleine Einkaufszone mit allem was man braucht auch gute Imbisse und Restaurants.

The location could not be better. Wealso live close to the park and the Langendreer-West train station. This means you can be in Bochum city centre in 5 minutes or at Dortmund University or in Essen in 10 minutes. There is also a small shopping area right next to us with everything you need, including good snack bars and restaurants.

Wir sind eine super liebe Wg und wir suchen ab Dezember ein*e neue*n Mitbewohner*in... leider zieht unsere Mitbewohnerin ins Ausland und wir suchen jemand neuen. Wir sind normalerweise zu viert, zur Zeit sind wir 3 Frauen und 1 Mann. Es wird ab und an zusammen gekocht und quatschen aber eigentlich jeden Tag.

We are a super lovely flat-share and we are looking for a new flatmate from December... Unfortunately our flatmate is moving abroad and we are looking for someone new. There are normally four of us, at the moment we are 3 women and 1 man. We cook together from time to time and talk every day.
