The room has a large window that looks to the west, so you can watch the sun go down each evening. The room comes with a bed and mattress, dresser, clothes rack, sofa, bookshelf, desk with chair, nightstand, stool, and a mirror that may be kept.
Man braucht 15min mit dem Bus zur Innenstadt, der direkt vor unserer Tür hält. 10min mit dem Bus zur Uni oder 8min zu Fuß zur Markstrasse, wo die U35 fährt. Vor der Haustür ist auch ein Bäcker, Pizzeria, Tankstelle mit Hermes-Annahme und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Man braucht 8min, um zum Aldi, Frischmarkt oder zur Sparkasse zu kommen. Es gibt auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten und sogar eine kleine Tiefgarage, die man dazu buchen kann.

The bus stop is right in front of the door. You can be in the city center within 15 mins or at university within 10 mins by bus or at Markstrasse, where the U35 stops, within 8 mins by foot. Closeby you can also find a baker, a pizza place, a gas station with Hermes service, and a little Supermarket. A walk of 8 mins away are Aldi, Frischmarkt or Sparkasse (bank). There are ample parking spots and even a little subterrainian garage you can rent.
In der WG leben Lina (30, ist berufstätig und arbeitet teilweise von zuhause) und Riema (35, studiert Arabistik und Medienwissenschaft), die gerne mal zusammen essen, Serien schauen oder zocken. Die gemütliche Wohnecke in der Küche ist das Hauptquartier für das gemeinsame Abhängen. Dort steht auch die Playstation 5, auf der man ab und an zocken oder streamen kann.
Die Küche ist neu und der ganze Raum wurde vor einem Jahr frisch renoviert.
Wir versuchen, uns an einen Putzplan zu halten, mit dem alle sich wohlfühlen. Der Balkon ist über Linas Zimmer erreichbar, einfach vorher anklopfen. Niemand in dieser WG arbeitet so hart wie unsere Spülmaschine. Beste. Manche Sachen besorgen wir zusammen, z. B. Klopapier, Milch, Salz, ansonsten hat jeder seinen Kram im eigenen Fach.

This flat is inhabited by Lina (30, working full time, mostly from home) and Riema (35, studying middle eastern studies and media studies), who like to eat or watch shows or game together on occasion. The comfortable hang out corner is the main headquarters for spending time together. That's where the Playstation 5 is as well that can be used for gaming or streaming.
The kitchen is new and the whole room was renovated last year.
We try to implement a cleaning schedule that everyone is happy with. The balcony can be reached from Lina's room, just knock first. No one in this flat works as hard as the dish washer, best girl. Some things we buy together, like toilet paper, milk, salt, etc, anything else is kept in indivisual compartments.
