Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm mit Blick zum Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, außer der Kleiderschrank muss übernommen werden.
Die gesamte Wohnung bietet ca.100 qm Wohnfläche und hat einen gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit TV.
In der Küche gibt es einen Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine (aber derzeit leider defekt), Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und ausreichend Platz zum Kochen sowie einen Esstisch.
Wir haben ein Bad mit Duschwanne und eine Waschmaschine sowie ein separates WC.
Die Miete in Höhe von 360€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet uns GEZ.

The room is about 18 square meters with a view to the balcony.
Some of the furniture can be taken over, but I would keep the closet in the room.
The entire apartment offers around 100 m^2 and has a cozy living room with TV.
In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, dishwasher (but unfortunately currently broken), refrigerator with freezer and enough space for cooking as well as a dining table.
We have a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine as well as a separate WC.
The rent of 360€ includes all utilities, electricity, internet and GEZ.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der RUB und der Fachhochschule.
Zu Fuß ist die U35 (Lennershof) nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichst du in 5 min.
Von der Wohnung ist man in 10 Minuten beim Unicenter und findet dort einen Rewe, Netto und weitere Läden.
Zur Innenstadt fährt man mit der U35 in ca.10 Minuten.

The apartment is close to the RUB and the University of Applied Sciences.
The U35 station (Lennershof) is only a few minutes walk away and the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away.
The Unicenter is 10 minutes from the apartment and has a Rewe, Netto and other stores.
The city center can be reached with the U35 in about 10 minutes.
Deine Potenzielle Mitbewohner sind Archy (26) und Sumit (25). Die beiden beschäftigen sich aktuell mit der Doktorarbeit.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder kann sein eigenes Ding machen und man ist trotzdem in einer Gemeinschaft.
Manchmal wird zusammen gekocht. Oder man kocht einfach ein bisschen mehr für den anderen mit.
Es herrscht eine offene Stimmung, und ein schönes Miteinander.
Um die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand zu belassen, haben wir einen Putzplan, an den wir uns halten.

Your potential flatmates are Archy (26) and Sumit (25). Both of them are currently working on their doctoral theses.
The lifestyle in the WG is calm. Everyone can do their own thing, but you're still part of a community.
Sometimes we cook together. Or you simply cook a bit more for each other.
To keep the apartment in good condition, we have a cleaning plan that we stick to.
