Hallo zusammen, ich vermiete hier für kurze Zeit (31.12.2022- 31.04.2023) mein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3er- WG in Bochum- Querenburg. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 WG- Zimmer, einen zusätzlichen Balkon, 2 Badezimmer und eine geräumige Küche. Aktuell ist nur ein weiteres Zimmer belegt. Das Zimmer ish sehr geräumig mit einem großen Fenster und Vorhängen.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig gelegen, direkt an der Uni und alles wichtige ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen (Supermarkt, Imbiss, Friseur, Drogeriemarkt, uvm.). Das Haus verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze und einen Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer liegt in der 4. Etage. Zum Wohnheim gehören noch ein kleiner Garten.
Aktuell ist nur ein weiteres Zimmer belegt, der Mitbewohner ist sehr höflich spricht aber kaum bis kein deutsch. Das Leben in der WG ist sehr friedlich und man hat bei Bedarf nette Gesprächspartner welche deine Privatsphäre respektieren.
