Wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner(o. Mitbewohnerin) für eine 3-er Wg in Bochum (Bermuda3eck), da unsere bisherige nette Mitbewohnerin (Anna) leider Ende Mai ausziehen muss.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und ab Sofort frei !
Die Wände sind schon weiß gestrichen..
p.s. solange die Anzeige online ist, ist das zimmer noch frei..
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Innenstadtlage) und hat einen Fußweg von ca. 5-6 min zur Bochum HBF, von wo aus 10 Minuten mit der U35 nach Ruhr Universität und 15 Minuten nach TU Dortmund.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Rewe, Aldi, Apotheke, U-Bahn Haltstelle (306/308/3018) und viele Restaurants...
Das ist eine 3-WG. ich bin der Jehad ,27 J und studiert Humanmedizin an der RUB im 10.Semester. Dilfuza (21 j) macht ihre Ausbildung als Krankenschwester.
Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und lustig und wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Die Küche ist der Treffpunkt der Wg. Hier sitzen wir gerne zusammen, Quatschen und ab u. zu kochen und essen zusammen, wenn wir beide Zeit haben.
Hier geht es ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Wenn Du deine Ruhe möchtest, dann bekommst du sie hier auch!
Die Gesamtemiete inklusive Strom und Internet beträgt 145€ + 55€ .
