Das Zimmer ist ca 28qm groß und liegt Richtung osten. Morgens wirst du also schön von der Sonne geweckt, hast im Laufe des Tages aber deine Ruhe.
Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben. Du hast also ziemlich viel Platz für deine Sachen. Die 3 großen Fenster und die hohen Decken lassen das Zimmer noch größer erscheinen als es ohne hin schon ist.
Die WG besteht aus 5 Zimmern. 4 davon sind bewohnt, das das 5. Zimmer ist ein Wohnzimmer. Wir haben eine schöne Küche und direkt daran ein großer Balkon.
The room is about 28 square meters and faces east. In the morning you are woken up nicely by the sun, but you have your peace during the day.
Without the furniture. So you have quite a lot of space for your stuff. The 2 large windows and the high ceilings make the room appear even larger than it already is.
The apartment consists of 5 rooms. 4 of them are inhabited, the 5th room is a living room. We have a nice kitchen and a large balcony right next to it.
Deine neue WG liegt im Herzen des Bermuda3ecks. Direkt vor unserer Haustür ist die beste Pizza Bochums, ein Fahrradladen, Rewe und etliche Restaurants und Bars. Die 308/318 fährt 3 minuten von der Haustür entfernt direkt zum Bochumer Hauptbahnhof, von da aus kannst du alle wichtigen Verbindungen nehmen. Falls du mal keine Lust auf die Straßenbahn hast bist du aber auch in 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Hbf.
Your new shared flat is in the heart of the Bermuda3eck. Bochum's best pizza, a bike shop, Rewe and several restaurants and bars are right on our doorstep. The 308/318 runs 3 minutes from the front door directly to Bochum main station, from where you can take all important connections. If you don't feel like taking the tram, you can also walk to the main station in 7 minutes.
Schweren Herzens muss ich meine WG verlassen, da ich eine eigene Wohnung nun bevorzuge. Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Denni, Maria und Demar.
Denni studiert Philosophie und Germanistik an der RUB. Er ist ein sehr geselliger Mensch und eine echte gute laune Maus. Mit ihn kann man Spaß hab und genauso über erste Themen reden.
Maria ist ein kleines Energiebündel, ihre gute Laune ist immer wieder ansteckend und für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Demar ist viel am arbeiten und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Probleme, hat gute Tips und durch seine Jokes sind die meisten Probleme ganz schnell wieder weg.
Alles in einem also eine coole Truppe.
Wenn es sich ergibt sitzen wir gerne alle zusammen
und quatschen über unseren Tag oder kochen. Natürlich lassen wir es uns auch nicht nehmen mal gemeinsam feiern zu gehen:)
Wir haben einen Putzplan mit dem wir uns monatlich abwechseln und den wir gerne so weiter führen würden. Klopapier, Spülmittel etc. kaufen wir gemeinsam ein
It is with a heavy heart that I have to leave my shared apartment as I now prefer to have my own apartment. Your new roommates are Denni, Maria and Demar. Denni studies philosophy and German at the RUB. He is a very sociable person and a real good-humoured mouse. You can have fun with him and also talk about initial topics. Maria is a little bundle of energy, her good mood is always contagious. Demar works a lot and is always open to problems, has good tips and his jokes make most problems go away very quickly. All in all, a cool group.
If the opportunity arises, we all like to sit together and chat about our day or cooking. Of course we don't miss the opportunity to celebrate together :) We have a cleaning schedule that we alternate every month and would like to continue. We buy toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. together
