Der Bochumer HBF ist in 4 Minuten, der Essener HBF in 22 und der Dortmunder HBF in 16 Minuten erreicht (S1), die Ruhr Universität Bochum mit diversen Bussen in 10 Minuten und das Einkaufszentrum "Ruhr-Park" in 7 Minuten.
Der Ümminger See ist fußläufig, der Kemnader See über einen schönen Fahrradweg erreichbar.
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle heißt: Bochum Langendreer West
In 5 Minuten erreicht man Netto, in 10 Minuten Kaufland (zu Fuß) und in 15 Minuten den Bio Supermarkt Rewe Naturkost Artmann.

Langendreer is a district in the east of Bochum and adjoins to the cities Dortmund and Witten.
You can reach the Main Station of Bochum in 4 minutes with the train, the City of Essen in 22 minutes and the city of Dortmund in 16 minutes.
The Ruhr University of Bochum (RUB) can be reached by some busses in roundabout 10 minutes and the big shopping centre "Ruhr Park" in 7 minutes also by bus.
The Ümminger Lake can be easily reached by foot and the Kemnader Sea can easily be reached by bicycle.
The name of the train station of Langendreer is Bochum Langendreer West S.
Some supermarkets (Netto, Kaufland, organic Rewe), banks, ATMs, coffes& restaurants, pharmacy and cleaning firm are nearby.
Toleranz und Respekt werden vorausgesetzt.
Das WG-Leben richtet sich nach den Mitbewohnern. Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will, wird dies respektiert, aber auch wenn man mal Anlass zum feiern o.ä. hat ist dies (wenn auch nicht zu oft) vollkommen in Ordnung.
Somit stehen gemeinsamen Koch-Sessions, Filmabenden, Spieleabende, Partys etc. nichts im Wege. :)
Sauberkeit in Bad und Küche sowie in den Gemeinschaftsräumen werden durch wechselnde Putzpläne gewährleistet. Hier sind natürlich auch flexible Absprachen möglich, falls mal jemand nicht da ist oder krank oder besonders gerne die Küche sauber hält etc.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei Studenten. Wir legen großen Wert auf Harmonie. Wenn etwas ist, hält die Hausgemeinschaft zusammen.

Tolerance and respect are requirements in our flat.
The everyday life can be created by your own and depends on the other room members. So if you want to have your peace that will be respected, if there is a achievement to celebrate, feel free to join us.
So we are open for some cooking together, watching movies, playing some cards, partys and so on.
Cleanliness is also important and will be regulated by a hygienic plan. If there is anything you need, the house community will help you.
Gerechtigkeit und Transparenz sind wichtige Grundlagen einer WG, die Kosten werden deshalb fair und solidarisch geteilt.
Auf dem Hof steht eine Garage in der Fahrräder, Motorräder sowie Roller problemlos abgestellt werden können.
Im Garten kann man im Sommer gesselig beisammensitzen, grillen kochen usw.
