Die Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung wird von mir -w,19 Jahre- bewohnt. Ich befinde mich in der Berufsausbildung. Ein Raum mit Balkon (wir haben zwei Balkone), gemeinsame Küche und Bad soll an eine Mitbewohnerin vermietet werden.
Wohnung liegt optimal:
Verkehrsanbindung zu Fuß: Bahnhof Duisdorf ca. 8 Min; Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min (Fahrt bis Hbf Bonn ca. 8 Min); Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß: Duisdorf u. EKZ ca. 8 Min. (Aldi, REWE etc.)
In den Nebenkosten ist Strom nicht enthalten, wird hälftig aufgeteilt! Des Weiteren sind für WLAN/ISDN 15 €, Fernsehgebühren 8,75 € und Abnutzung Küche 11,25 € anteilig (also insgesamt 35 €) zu zahlen.
Räumlichkeit steht ab sofort zur Verfügung! Wer zuerst kommt und passt bekommt diese wundervolle Wohnmöglichkeit!!!
(Waschmaschine wird dann noch gemeinsam gebraucht besorgt!)
