The room has basic furnisher with a bed and table along with a cupboard to keep your things.
It was on the ground floor. The view from the window you can see the sit out.
Because I got a job, I am leaving the room urgently. At starting we can make a sublease contract for 3 months. If you like the place and the people, you can get a full time contract anytime from the Owner of the house.

Location is peaceful. No noises around. As students, we only cause noise to our neighbors.
Edeka is 5 min away by foot.
REWE and ALDI can be reached in 6 min with the bus.
Very good public transport is available. Even night bus is available if you are in a late night party and can reach back home safely.

Home to Köln Center: 35 min
we have a friendly atmosphere in the WG. Our WG consists of 4 Nationalities. Everybody speaks English and German well.
All other students are studying in Alanus Hochschule which is in the close vicinity of the room.
We have a garden space where we usually sit at the evening and chill ourselves.
