Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster zu einem Hinterhof/Garten. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit ein Sofa zu übernehmen. Dafür würde dann ein Abschlag besprochen werden. Die Küche ist nicht riesig, aber mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ausgestattet.
Im Bad ist das Highlight die Badewanne.
Ansonsten gibt es einen Balkon, der zwar über das andere Zimmer erreichbar ist, aber trotzdem gerne nach Absprache mitgenutzt werden kann.
The room is 18 sqm large and has a large window overlooking a backyard/garden. It will be rented without any furniture though it is possible to buy a sofa that is already in the flat. The price can be negotiated if you would like the sofa.
The kitchen is not very big but includes a washing machine as well as a dishwasher. The highlight of the bathroom is the bathtub.
There is also a balcony, which although is only reachable through the second room, can be used as agreed upon.
Die WG liegt in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Wilhelmplatzes. Dort fahren Straßenbahnen in Richtung Auerberg und Hauptbahnhof/Dottendorf. Außerdem fahren vom Stiftsplatz (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg) diverse Buslinien ab.
Das Hauptgebäude/Juridicum der Uni ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, aber auch am Campus Poppelsdorf ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 Minuten.
The WG is located in the Altstadt close to the Wilhelmplatz. There, several trams depart to Auerberg and main station/Dottendorf. Also, several busses depart from Stiftsplatz (approx. 5 minutes by foot).
The main building/Juridicum of the university can be reached by bike within a few minutes, but even the Campus Poppelsdorf is only 10-15 minutes away by bike.
Ich, Elena (22), wohne seit mehreren Jahren in Bonn und fange jetzt meinen Master in Physik an. Ich verbringe relativ viel Zeit mit dem Studium und an der Uni, bin aber auch häufiger zuhause anzutreffen, nicht zuletzt um mich um meine Katze zu kümmern. Ansonsten verbringe ich meine Zeit gerne mit Sport (Kung Fu/Tai Chi), Musik und kochen (allerdings rein vegetarisch :-)). Ich würde mich darüber freuen, wenn man ab und zu vielleicht die Zeit findet gemeinsam zu kochen.
Abgesehen davon können auch gerne Spieleabende oder ähnliches gemacht werden, ich treffe mich z.B. ab und zu hier mit Freunden zum DnD spielen, die WG ist aber nicht für laute Parties geeignet, da im Haus mehrere Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohnen.
I, Elena (22), have been living in Bonn for several years and am just now starting my masters in physics. I am spending quite a lot of time with my studies and at university, but can also be found at home quite often especially to spend time with my cat. Apart from that, I like to do sports (Kung Fu/Tai Chi), play music and cook (exclusively vegetarian) in my free time. I would be happy to cook together in the WG from time to time.
Game Nights or similar get togethers can also gladly be hosted in the WG, I for example play DnD with my friends from time to time, but the WG is not suitable for loud parties since several families with small children live in the house.
Wie bereits erwähnt habe ich eine Katze, es wäre also wichtig dass du nicht allergisch gegen Katzen bist.
As mentioned before, I have a cat so it is important that you are not allergic to cats.
