Dein Zimmer ist mit allem eingerichtet, dass du zum Wohnen benötigst,
Dir stehen ein Schrank, ein 1,40 Bett und Schreibtisch zur Verfügung.
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du auch gerne die Bettwäsche nutzen.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer eingerichtetn Küche ausgestattet, die sogar über eine Spülmaschine verfügt. Das es teilweise noch etwas leer aussieht liegt daran, dass wir selber erst vor 2 Wochen eingezogen sind und noch etwas am einrichten sind. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche, eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine, die genutzt werden kann.

The apartment is furnished with a kitchen, which even has a dishwasher. The fact that it looks a bit empty is because we moved in only 2 weeks ago and are still working on something. In the bathroom there is a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine that can be used.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu toppen. Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt am Frankenbadplatz.
Von hier ist alles super mit dem Rad oder ÖPNV zu erreichen, die Haltestelle Chlodwig-Platz ist nur einige Minuten entfernt.
Obwohl die Wohnung in der Alstadt ist und umgeben von Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants, ist es vergleichsweise ruhig und man kann gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
In der Umgebung befindet sich ein REWE, ein Aldi und zahlreiche kleine Supermärkte mit Lebensmitteln aus aller Welt, zusätzlich ist es mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 5 Minuten vom Markt in der Innenstadt entfernt.

The location of the apartment is hard to beat. It is located in the middle of the old town at the Frankenbadplatz.
From here everything is easy to reach by bike or public transport, the bus stop Chlodwig-Platz is only a few minutes away.
Although the apartment is in the old town and surrounded by bars, pubs and restaurants, it is comparably quiet and you can sleep well with an open window.
In the area there is a REWE, an Aldi and numerous small supermarkets with food from all over the world, in addition it is only 5 minutes by bike from the market in the city centre.
Ich bin Dana 22 und studiere im 6. Semester Politik, Soziologie und Geographie. Ich bin eigentlich immer sehr viel unterwegs und werde auch den kommenden Monat viel Zeit an meinen Hausarbeiten sitzen, jedoch sollen die Semesterferien ja auch für Freizeit genutzt werden. Ich bin oft offen dafür Abends oder am Wochenende weg zu gehen oder bei nem Bier/Vino an unserem Küchenfenster zu sitzen und zu quatschen.
Ich kann aber auch sehr gut verstehen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und Zeit für sich braucht.

I am Dana 22 and am studying politics, sociology and geography in my 6th semester. I'm mostly on the road and will spend a lot writing some papers in the next 2 months, but since it is semester break i am also open to go out in the evening or at the weekend or to spend some time with beer or wine at home with some nice conversations.
But I can also understand very well if you want to have your rest and need time for yourself.
