Du arbeitest von Montag bis Freitag in Bonn und fährst am Wochenende wieder nach Hause? Dann könnte dich das hier interessieren.
Schönes zentral gelegenes, teil möbliertes Zimmer in einer wunderschönen Maisonettenwohnung in der Bonner Altstadt an Berufspendlerin zu vermieten.
Ich möchte ein möbliertes, ruhiges 14 qm großes Zimmer in 2-er WG mit gemeinsamer Küche, Bad, großem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon an eine berufstätige Bonn Pendlerin, Nichtraucherin, von Montag bis Freitag vermieten. In deinem Zimmer würden ein Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein Schreibtisch und ein Bett stehen. Das Zimmer ist schön hell. Der Aufzug bringt dich in den 3. Stock, aber die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock.

Nice centrally located, partly furnished room in a beautiful duplex apartment in Bonn's old town for rent to commuter.
I would like to rent a furnished, quiet 14 sqm room in a 2-person shared apartment with shared kitchen, bathroom, large living room with balcony to a working Bonn commuter, non-smoker, from Monday to Friday. In your room would be a closet, dresser, desk and bed. The room is cosy and bright. The elevator brings you to the 3rd floor, but the flat is in the 4th floor.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, in der Altstadt und dennoch ruhig. Zur Bahn 61 sind es nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß (Haltestelle Chlodwigplatz), bis zum Bonner Stadthaus mit weiteren Anbindungsmöglichkeiten sind es 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Rewe, ein paar Minuten weiter gibt es einen Aldi, eine Sparkasse, einen Asia-Shop, und kleinere Obst- und Gemüsegeschäfte. Die Altstadt hat viele schöne Bars und einen tollen Flair.
Parken in der Altstadt ist generell eher etwas schwierig.

The flat is in the Altstadt of Bonn, public transport reachable in 3-4 minutes (tram station Chlodwigplatz), within 12 minutes you are reaching the Stadthaus with other public transport connections, grocery stores within 4-5 minutes (Rewe), 7-8 minutes (Aldi, Asia shop, Sparkasse), and there are a lot of bars within the Altstadt. Parking is generally a bit difficult in the Altstadt.
Ich arbeite an der Universität Bonn als Postdoc, bin 33 Jahre alt und freue mich auf eine offene und freundliche Mitbewohnerin. Meistens bin ich viel unterwegs, genieße daher gerne etwas Ruhe, freue mich aber auch auf gemeinsame Gespräche und Abendessen. Für die Sauberkeit wird einmal wöchentlich eine Haushaltshilfe sorgen.
Deine privaten Sachen kannst Du natürlich immer über’s Wochenende in Deinem gemieteten Zimmer lassen und auch gern mal am Wochenende in Bonn bleiben.

Das Haus wird mit Gas beheizt. Warmwasser erfolgt über einen Durchlauferhitzer. Da die Strom und Gaspreise steigen, kann ich die genauen Nebenkosten nicht angeben. Die Nebenkosten beinhalten anteilig Heizung, Strom, Internet, Reinigung.
Mit dem Zeitraum kann ich sowohl nach vorne als auch nach hinten raus etwas flexibel sein. Schreib mir hier einfach eine Nachricht, für welchen Zeitraum du ein Zimmer suchst. Bitte schreib ein paar Worte über dich.
