Du wohnst in meinem 15 qm Zimmer welches durch ein fenster stets sehr hell ist! Nebeskosten ist mit Strom, Wasser und Heizung Kosten.
Das Zimmer is möbiliert mit eine Hochbett, Sofa und Sessel, Schreibtisch, eine Laptop stuhl, Kleider Schrank, Schuchstand eine Regal und eine Ventilator für warme Sommer. Du muss alle Möbel natürlich übernehmen, ich lasse alles da für nur 400Euro(verhandelbar). Wenn damit einverstanden bist nur dann bitte melden.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnzimmer mit ein Fernseher mit DVD player,eine einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, eine WC und eine Dusche. Naturlich ist das alles mitbenutzbar.
WLAN kannst du für 7,50 Euro pro Monat mitbenutzen.

Your room will be 15 m2 in a 4-WG. The room has one window and is carpeted. Total rents is 264Euro with Electricity, heating and water costs included.
The room is furnished with a double bed, sofa, cupboard, book shelf, table, laptop chair and an electric fan for the warm summer. All the furniture needs to be bought by you. I am offering for the price of 400Euro (Negotiable). Please contact me only when you are ready to buy the furniture.
The WG has a sitting room with TV with DVD player, kitchen with dish washer, bath and toilet which is shared by the flat mates.
Also WLAN can be shared with the room mates for 7,50 Euro per month.

In der WG kann man seine Ruhe haben oder sich auch gemütlich zusammensetzen.
Ich habe hier für die Zeit meines Praktikums und Masterarbeit gewohnt und musste ab ende November raus, für mich war es ideal. Auch wenn es sich eigentlich nur um eine Zweck-WG handelt, sind wir doch alle sehr gut miteinander ausgekommen.
Ein Putzplan regelt, wer wann mit dem Putzen der Küche, Bäder und Böden dran ist und jeder ist für einen Mülldienst verantwortlich. Der Hausflur wird von einer Putzfrau gewischt, darum brauchen wir uns nicht zu kümmern.
