Hallo, in der Blumenvilla gibt es bald wieder Platz. In unserer nette WG in Bonn Auerberg ist ab Mitte Dezember oder spätestens zum 1. Januar (da hast Du die Wahl) ein Zimmer frei. Das große Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist 15,5 m2 groß und hell. Zwischenmiete ist auch möglech, wenn Du mindestens 6 Monate bleibst. Das Zimmer kann sowohl möbliert (siehe Fotos) als auch unmöbliert gemietet werden, wie es für Dich passt. Da wir ein ganzes Haus bewohnen (sehr große Wohnküche + sehr schöner Garten + viel Stauraum im Keller) haben wir wirklich viel Platz.
Das Zimmer, bzw. das ganze Haus sind relativ hellhörig, und mit den Kids kann es manchmal auch etwas turbulent zugehen. Ihr solltet also nicht super lärmempfindlich sein, aber langweilig wird es hier bestimmt nie :)
Hi, our House Community will offer one empty rooms. You can move in from 15. of Dezember on or 1. Of January. This room with about 15,5 m2 is quite bright. You can rent the room furnished or unfurnished – it’s up to you. Since we rent a whole house we do have really a plenty of space (pretty large kitchen + garden + basement for storage)
Salut, dans notre colloc il y aura une chambre de libre à partir du mois de juin. La chambre a 15,5 m2, est situé au Rez de chaussé et est assez lumineuse. On habite une maison entière, ca veut dire qu'on a une grande cuisine / salle à manger / salon, un grand jardin et une cave, donc beaucoup de place.
Unser WG Haus - auch Blumenvilla genannt - liegt in Bonn Auerberg im Bonner Norden. Da wir das ganze Haus bewohnen, ist die Wohnfläche pro Kopf recht hoch. Wir haben einen sehr schönen und großen Garten mit Terrasse und einen riesigen Balkon. Deshalb findet im Sommer einiges vom WG- Leben draußen statt. Die Bushaltestellen für die 604 und 605 sind direkt vor dem Haus und in ca. 200m Entfernung ist die Tramhaltestelle (Linie 61 ca. 15 min bis Hbf) .
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Apotheken, Bäcker etc.), sowie viel Grün. Es sind ca. 10 min bis zum Rhein runter!
Our house also called Blumenvilla is based in Auerberg, North of Bonn. Since we are just five adults (plus two children) the space is quite a lot per person. There is also a beautiful huge garden with a terrasse and a super huge balcony. Therefore we spend a lot of time outside in the summer time. There are two bus stops (604 and 605) just in front of the house and the tram 61 is also not far. Additionally there are Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Pharmacies and Bakeries close by. Also the park like Nordfriedhof and last but not least the river rhine.
Notre colloc s'appelle aussi Blumenvilla, donc la Maison des Fleurs. On est que 5 adults (plus 2 enfants) à habiter la colloc, il y a beaucoup de place pour chaqu'un. L'arret de bus des lignes 604 et 605 sont directement devant notre maison et l'arret de tram de la ligne 61 est à 5 minutes à pied - on tram c'est 17 minutes pour aller à la gare principale. Des supermarchés, boulangers, pharmacie, medecins etc. sont très proche et dans 10 minutes à pied tu es au bord du Rhin!
Wir sind Berufstätige und trotzdem keine Zwecks WG! Wir leben hier gemeinsam und auch wenn es Zeiten gibt in denen alle viel zu tun haben ist uns ein gutes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Es wird häufiger gegrillt und es kommt auch der ein oder andere Gast vorbei.
Deine neuen MitbewohnerInnen sind Juan (26), Domi (37), Leo (35), Yael (7), Yuri (4) und jedes zweite Wochenende und in den Ferien kommt Tibo (9) zu Besuch.
Der große Garten ist im Frühjahr und Sommer ein Traum und wir pflanzen auch schon mal Tomaten oder Gurken an.

We are young employees and kids. Even so there are times everyone is quite busy we take our community life important. Once in a while we cook together, have a bbq or a party with friends. Visitors are always welcome. Your new flat mates will be Juan (26), Domi (37), Leo (35), Yael (7), Yuri (4) and Tibo (9) who is here every second weekend and during holidays. We are looking forward to meet you soon. The big garden is a real plus for life quality. In summer we sometimes even grow some view veges.
Nous avons été longtemps composé à moitié d’étudiant et moitié de jeunes actifs mais il n’y a pas proportions exigé dans la coloc! Nous vivons ici tous ensemble ! Même si nous avons tous beaucoup à faire, le temps partagé ensemble est un point très important…. indiscutablement. C’est pourquoi, nous faisons souvent de grand repas et fête.
Tes nouveaux colocs sont: Juan 26 ans, Domi 37 ans, Leo 35 ans, Yael 7 ans, Yuri 4 an et un week-end sur deux Tibo 8 ans nous rend visite.

Das Zimmer kostet 369 Euro inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet etc. Zudem sollte gesagt werden, dass das Haus eher hellhörig ist. Die Kombi Hellhörigkeit mit Kindern ist vermutlich eher nichts für sehr ruheliebende Menschen.
The room is about 369 Euro including additional costs. In Addition should be said that our Hozuse is rather clairaudient. People with a favour of a quiet envorinment might not feel comfortaible.
La chambre coûte 369 euros tout compris (inklusive Nebenkosten), électricité. internet. Le prix n’est allors pas totalement exact mais ne fera assurément varier le prix que de quelques euros.
